Our storage charges:-
With effect from 1st March 2024
Standard indoor bay: £816
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a standard bay, which is generously sized for average vans £816 per year payable at the start of the tenancy.
Premium indoor bay: £860
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a premium bay, whose extra length make them particularly suitable for longer caravans, double axles, large motor-homes and bigger boats £860 per year payable at the start of the tenancy.
Standard outdoor bay: £644
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a standard outside bay £644 per year payable at the start of the tenancy.
Premium outdoor bay: £660
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a premium bay, whose extra length make them particularly suitable for longer caravans, double axles, large motor-homes and bigger boats £660 per year payable at the start of the tenancy.
Minimum term: We offer an annual storage tenancy for a minimum term of 12 months. The cost for the first year's storage is payable at commencement and annually in advance thereafter. Our charges are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate of 20%.
Replacement swipe cards: Lost or damaged swipe cards can be replaced at a cost of £10
